LuckCola Terms and Conditions – Philippine Gaming Rules

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and LuckCola ("LuckCola," "we," "us," or "the platform"). They apply to all services available on the LuckCola website, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, poker, bingo, and all related deposit and withdrawal functions.

By registering an account on LuckCola, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally. If you are using LuckCola on behalf of someone else or for a third party, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms — and that the person likewise agrees to them.

These Terms should be read alongside LuckCola's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the full agreement between you and LuckCola.

02Eligibility

LuckCola is available exclusively to players who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is the minimum age for online gaming participation as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited. LuckCola is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR and primarily serves players in the Philippines.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of LuckCola, its affiliates, or its technology partners.
• You have not previously been suspended or banned from LuckCola and have not been excluded from licensed gaming operations.

LuckCola reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Access may be suspended while verification is pending, and accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements will be closed.

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one LuckCola account only. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you already have an account, do not register a second one — contact LuckCola support instead.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information updated. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.

Your LuckCola password and one-time PIN (OTP) must be kept confidential at all times. LuckCola will never ask for your password or full OTP through email, SMS, or chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify LuckCola immediately and change your credentials.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your LuckCola account for deposits, bets, or withdrawals.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If your mobile number changes, update it in your account settings promptly to ensure OTP delivery is not disrupted.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on LuckCola are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). LuckCola supports deposits and withdrawals through locally recognised Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other participating banks), and eligible Visa and Mastercard bank cards.

You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a payment account belonging to another person — whether a family member, friend, or third party — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of your LuckCola account and withholding of funds pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the LuckCola cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account withdrawal screen.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification and account review before release.
• LuckCola is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, bank network, or third-party systems after a withdrawal has been approved and processed on the LuckCola side.
• Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without prior communication with LuckCola support may result in account suspension.

05Bonuses & Promotions

LuckCola periodically offers bonuses, free bets, free bingo cards, deposit matches, and other promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and must be read in full before the bonus is claimed.

General bonus rules that apply across all LuckCola promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are for your personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• LuckCola reserves the right to void a bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or collusion by a player or group of players.
• Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus are subject to forfeiture of the bonus and account closure.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any unclaimed or unplayed bonus balance after the stated expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
• Promotions are subject to change, withdrawal, or modification at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

06Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on LuckCola — including PBA sports betting, JILI slots, poker, bingo, and all other casino and card games — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live games, physically verified draw equipment. LuckCola does not manipulate game outcomes.

By playing any game on LuckCola, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG or the draw equipment as applicable. No strategy, pattern, or predictive system can influence the result.
• Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages, where displayed, are calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns on individual sessions.
• Technical errors, connection interruptions, or platform issues that affect an in-progress game round will be handled in accordance with each game's specific recovery policy. LuckCola will make every reasonable effort to restore affected rounds fairly.
• Bet settlements are final once confirmed by the system, subject to the dispute resolution process in these Terms.

For sports betting, all wagers are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body. LuckCola reserves the right to void markets where match irregularities, manipulation concerns, or data errors are identified.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LuckCola and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker rooms or any multiplayer game.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or using LuckCola for any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) law.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploit promotions, or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a LuckCola account.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the LuckCola platform, its back-end systems, or RNG infrastructure.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events offered on the LuckCola sportsbook.

08Responsible Gaming

LuckCola is committed to providing a gaming environment that remains safe and enjoyable. We strongly encourage all players to approach gaming as a form of entertainment and not as a source of income or a way to address financial difficulties.

LuckCola provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from every account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can fund your account.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set amount of play time has passed.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to LuckCola games.
• Reality checks — periodic prompts showing how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.

09Privacy & Data

By registering with LuckCola, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and customer support.

LuckCola does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing occurs only where required by law, with licensed payment processors, or with identity verification providers engaged to fulfil our regulatory obligations.

10Limitation of Liability

LuckCola provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
• Connectivity problems on the player's end, including mobile data interruptions, poor Wi-Fi, or device malfunctions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by the payment provider, banking network, or third-party settlement systems.
• Errors in external data feeds used for live sports odds where LuckCola is not the primary data provider.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government orders, or other circumstances beyond LuckCola's reasonable control.

LuckCola's total liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's LuckCola account at the time the claim arises.

11Account Suspension & Termination

LuckCola reserves the right to suspend or close a player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment-method verification within the stipulated period.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or AMLC directive requiring account restriction.
• Player self-exclusion request.

In the event of a suspension, LuckCola will communicate the reason where permitted by law or regulation. Funds held in a suspended account will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

Players who believe their account was suspended in error may submit a written appeal to LuckCola support within 30 days of the suspension notice.

12Amendments to These Terms

LuckCola may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, LuckCola will notify registered players through in-platform notification, email, or SMS at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or PAGCOR directive.

Continued use of LuckCola after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your available balance before the effective date.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
